“Noah’s Ark was recommended to us by a local friend and we couldn’t be more happy. From the time you walk onto their property, through the end of your trip, you are treated with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our guide Seth was an amazing leader: clear, specific and respectful with all his instructions. Even when we got off a little on timing he always remained calm, showing the leadership skills one would want from a guide. Amazing day with an amazing staff pretty much sums it up!!”

“Derrick our guide was awesome! He pointed out a ton of cool stuff along the trip. Even had a bunch of corny jokes to keep us laughing. Felt completely safe with him as our guide. Lunch was great. Fresh fruit, lots of deli bread/meat/cheese choices. The trip was the perfect amount of exciting rapids and chill slower rafting to enjoy beautiful Browns Canyon.”

“Man did we have a blast yesterday river rafting for Father’s Day! I asked to go rafting as my gift, and we took our two young boys (11 and 8) along with the rest of the family. What a friendly, stress-free operation! Eli and her compatriots at the front desk were happy, helpful and professional. I started with a reservation for 4 and then added two separately a few hours later; Eli called me, made sure we were the same group, and put us all together - that might seem a small task, but the fact that she did it sets her apart from your typical clerk behind a counter.…”

“The refund/cancelation policy needs to be revised--we are from out of town and booked a 1:00pm trip but got caught in Labor Day weekend traffic in the mountains (two lane roads with no passing). When we called to notify them we would be 20 mins late (it's a two hour drive from Denver), we were told the reservation would be canceled but our money would not be refunded. Even after a 30 minute conversation pleading with the Sales Manager, the best they would offer us was a zip-lining package as an alternative, for which they wanted us to pay and additional $200 dollars (beyond the $400 we had already paid)!…”
