“This was a combination tour. The first part of the day was driving around in a 4x4 in Canyonlands. I’m not sure what I was expecting but this ride was really bumpy and there were some serious sections that were very high up on windy roads with no barriers. I wish I had known that before I signed up. Our driver was very good but overall I was a left a little disappointed by this - and somewhat freaked out! The second half of the day was rafting. Again I was left disappointed mainly because I was under the impression from the marketing of this that it was white water…”

A few hours later I received a voicemail saying never mind the first voicemail, we were good to go as planned, but please move back one hour. Late on Sunday we were told the trip was officially cancelled, luckily we were able to book a backup trip last minute.”

Between the three hours of drive time, the hour to hour and a half of load and unload time, lunch, and floating down the river lazily just to get to the rapids our 8-hour excursion was more like 40 actual minutes of rapid time. They said the rapids were supposed to be rated 3 or 4 and if that's the case I probably would need rapids that were rated around 10 to actually have fun. 200 bucks for just over a half an hour of rapids seems pretty steep to me.”
